Matches are played on a friday afternoon and start at: 1.45pm
For details of the SCORING System, see the League Rules, however, the main points are as follows:
One point is awarded for each rink that wins = 4 Points. (Half a point for a drawn rink)
Three points are awarded for an overall win(based on shots) = 3 Points.
Maximum points available for each game = 7 Points.
The results will be updated as soon as all the scorecards are received - usually on the Tuesday following the matches.

Presentation
Many congratulations to Thirsk on winning the League with 1 match to play, and not leaving it to be decided until the last game like last year - well played.
The trophy was presented to Thirsk by the League Chairman, Mrs Rita Richardson at the Champions v. The Rest challenge match. |

 The annual Champions v. The Rest match was played at Boroughbridge on friday, 31st August. The hosts, Boroughbridge Bowling Club put on a really good day for us all, and it was fitting that the Champions won the match although the result wasn't really important as the game was played in such a friendly manner.
