SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE DUE BY THE OPENING MEET
Please send them direct to the Secretary.
Subscriptions given to the Secretary in the field must be in an envelope clearly marked with your name and address.

This mav be paid in two parts
£400 on the 1st November and the balance on 1st January (See Secretary)
A 6 day card can be purchased for £350 plus £lO per day Field money.
Capping
Limited to 4 days, £60 per day (plus field money).
(West of Yore Members living in West of Yore Country £40 including field money). )
Autumn Hunting
All Followers to pay £10 per day after the 1st October.
Children
12 years and under £5 per day
17 years and under £10 per day
21 years and under £25 per day
Complimentary Members Subscription
£50 per season.
Field Money:
£175 per season or £10 per day.
Gates:
Anyone who breaks a gate must pay £150.
Meet Cards:
Will be given out on receipt of your Subscription.
Point-to-Point Certificates
Horses must be hunted a minimum of FOUR days during the current season, some of which may be Autumn hunting in October.
Horses are only eligible for a certificate if the Owner has paid BY THE OPENING MEET, the appropriate subscription.
Riders, after qualifying Owner's horses, must pay their own appropriate subscription to continue hunting on their own horse.
Owners must give the names of the horses to the Secretary when they pay their Subscription, to obtain the qualifying card.
Qualifying Cards must be signed by a Master on each days hunting.
When applying for a certificate these cards must be given to the Secretary, who must return them to the MFHA office.
Bedale Hunt Club
Members are elected by the Committee before being eligible to wear the Hunt Button and Evening Uniform of the Hunt.
It is the wish of the Committee that everyone going hunting should have their own third party insurance.
All hunt members should be members of the Countryside Alliance. |
