Mission statement
 Our mission is to support the whole community by working to regenerate the Billingham area, promote community activity and improve the delivery of public services.
TBP serves the area of Stockton-on-Tees north of the river and east of the A177, which includes Billingham, Wolviston, Wynyard and the Clarences.

What we do
 TBP is a democratically-run partnership between local residents' groups, voluntary organisations, public service providers and the business community.
We seek to fulfil our mission by:
** Facilitating partnerships between the community, voluntary, business and public sectors to develop projects and initiatives
** Influencing the development of public policy at a strategic level through active participation in the local strategic partnership and other decision-making bodies
** Monitoring and evaluating the delivery of public services and the implementation of local strategic partnership policies in the Billingham area
** Engaging the local community and stakeholders in all our work through openness, accountability and dialogue
** Promoting the Billingham area as a place to live, invest, work, learn and enjoy.

Constitution
 TBP is a voluntary organisation governed in accordance with its constitution.
It is run by a board of 26 representatives - known as 'partners' - drawn from local residents' groups, voluntary organisations, public service providers and the business community.
