John Mohan (Goalkeeper) - Young goalkeeper who signed for Synthonia in December 2001 from Marske United. Has also played for Whitby Town. Won Evening Gazette/Bells Store Teesside Player of the year last season.

Ian Williams (Full Back) - Signed for Synthonia at the start of the season for his second spell at the club. Played for Whitby Town, Harrogate Town and Gretna.

James Bridge (Full Back) - a young player who joined Synthonia towards end of the 2001—2002 season. Missed only 3 games last season.

Thomas Marron (Defender) - A young player who joined Synthonia half way through 1998-19999 season. Played for Nunthorpe in the Teesside League 1997—1998 . Was voted Player of the Year last season.

Liam Smith (Defender) - Spent 10 years at Middlesbrough before being released at the end of the 2001—2002 season. Signed for Synthonia at start of last season but had a spell at Bishop Auckland before returning towards the end of the season.

Chris Fawcett (Defender) - Played for Norton from 1996—19999 before joining Synthonia at the start of the 1999—2000 season. A versatile player who can play in defence, midfield or attack.

Andrew Ripley (Midfield) - Signed for Synthonia at the start of the 1999—2000 season after two years out of the game. Played for Darlington 1995—1997. Was voted Billingham Synthonia Player of the Year in 2000—2001 season.

Andy Harbron (Midfield) - Signed for Synthonia at the start of the 2001—2002 season after five years at Norton.
David Wells (Midfield) - Joined Synthonia half way through 2000—2001 season after spells with Darlington, Whitby, Bishop Auckland and Spennymoor.

Michael Cater (Midfield) - A young player who joined Synthonia at the start of last season. Played in the Wearside League for New Marske and Teesside Athletic.

Neil Radigan (Midfield) - Signed for Synthonia in November 2002 after a spell at Gateshead. Has also played for Blyth, Whitby and Darlington.

Craig Perry (Midfield) - Signed for Synthonia at the start of the season after 2 years at Blyth Spartans. Has also played for Whitby Town and Billingham Town.

Tony Wood (Forward) - Signed for Synthonia towards the end of the 1995—1996 season. Was voted Billingham Synthonia Player of the Year for season 1999—2000. Had problems with injuries last season but still finished top scorer.

Lee Flanagan (Forward) - Was voted Player of the Year for the 2001—2002 season when he was top scorer with 41 goals. Had a short spell at Gateshead at the start of last season before returning to Synthonia.

Andrew Fletcher (Forward) - An experienced Northern League player who rejoined Synthonia at the start of the season after spells at Dunston and Bedlington.

Chris Garbutt (Forward) - Signed for Synthonia at the start of the season after 5 years at Middlesbrough.

Paul Crager (defender) Made his debut for Synners on Saturday 23rd August against Washington after signing from Esh Winning.
