105th AGM 21/02/05

The 105th AGM was held at the Lightfoot Centre ( off Kingsway ) with Vice president Trevor Woods in the chair, supported by all officials and a total of 25 members present at this penultimate meeting of the season.
In presentations by the various activity secretaries, members were given reviews of the season's successes and awards.. The Treasurer, Alan Wedgewood reported that the society was financially sound and that the membership fee will remain at £25 for next season beginning in September.
The programme for 2005/2006 covers 24 meetings with a mix of club and visiting speakers,competitions and external slide shows ( including 3D ) broadly following the proven format of previous years.
However, being aware that photography is an ever developing subject the members decided that next season the Society will embrace digital as well as traditional techniques and this may interest new members who are always welcome.
