Assistants
Assistants work to support Leaders to provide a balanced programme to young people within established rules and encourage young people to take part in activities.
Skills / Qualifications
Enthusiasm. An ability to communicate with young people of the relevant age range and adults. Technical skills are not necessary although previous members of the movement are most welcome. Appropriate support and training is available and encouraged for all adult volunteers
