What is RSI
Until very recently, the orthodoxy could not agree on what repetitive strain injury was, some thought it was purely an occupational hazard which overworked typists suffered and went away after rest and was of no real consequence.
However, RSI is now a clearly defined disability, anyone indulging in repetetive tasks are at risk.
To prevent the onset of RSI it is imperative to have a break regularly and take a little exercise, do not sit down for more that twenty five minutes at a time.
