Computer users at risk of RSI
Computing and repetetive strain injury of the spine (RSI)

One cause that has come to light is the fact that people are spending a lot longer sitting at their computers because their software is not behaving properly causing the machine to hang and thus taking longer to complete the task.
Better training in the use of the software should help but what is more important is to make sure that the software is not flawed.

Bearing in mind the less time you spend at the computer means the less chance you will have of developing RSI.
