WELCOME

I have set up the Brookfield site for the residents of the ward,to provide you with another means of interacting with your local Council. The ward is also served by the Brookfield community council, and Kader YCC.
I will be working closely with all concerned to ensure that Brookfield has the maximum representation in the Town Hall, and the aspirations of the residents are fully realised.
I do hope that you will all provide an input to what is a first for Middlesbrough, and make this endeavour a resounding success.
Councillor George.W.Rogers

BROOKFIELD IN BLOOM

BROOKFIELD IN BLOOM
I am inaugurating a program in conjunction with Middlesbrough borough councils Parks department to implement the improvement in the wards environment.
This with the help and participation of the residents, and any other groups who may wish to take part.
I will be holding a meeting at the March Community council meeting with a representative from Parks department to explain the program.
There will be a time and date, and venue, possibly the kader community centre, where residents will be able to make up Flowering baskets for their personal display, the baskets and plants wil be provided free by parks dept, the funding coming from the Brookfield community council, and Match funded by the parks dept.
i do hope you will avail yourselves of this opportunity to enhance the appearance of the ward, and by so doing, brighten up Brookfield.
cllr George Rogers.
