Routes Q1 and Q2

Route Q1 will start at Newcastle Central Station and will run along Grainger Street, Market Street, Grey Street to the Guildhall, across the Swing Bridge, along Gateshead's Hillgate Quay then passing via Baltic Square to East Gateshead returning via Hawkes Road and Gateshead High Street to the Transport Interchange. It then returns via Gateshead High Street, the Sage building, Hawks Road into the Baltic Business Park, then turn westwards returning to Baltic Square and the Swing Bridge returning to Newcastle Central station
Route Q2, this service will operate in Newcastle only, from the Haymarket along Percy Street, Grainger Street, Market Street, Grey Street, Dean Street, then along the Quayside as far as Horatio Street.
It will then will turn round and return to the city centre, turn right at the Theatre Royal into Market Street then along John Dobson Street back to the Haymarket.
The plan is to extend the service along the Quayside as far as Spillers Wharf and into the Ouseburn Valley, when re-construction of the area is eventually completed,
