Big Jug, Durham, 70's

Something About Our Resident Performers

Neil & Babs
barbara is a very accomplished vocalist and being a scot she just has that something in her voice to make you sit up and listen. Anything from Blues to Bach and she can do it. Fantastic repetoire and along with the solid guitar and vocal of Neil, an act to savour and enjoy.
Alan Murray
Yours Truly, well what can I say?? Suffice to say that I will back any singers who need guitar backing. Folk, Country, Blues. I sing occasionally when we're down on numbers and that's probably the reason we're down on numbers :o)
Trevor Lovelady
Does a mean recital, Funny poems galore, would make Connolly jealous
The Two Tones
You've got it!! Both called Tony, Beatles, Bach anything that 2 guitars and voices can manage
Michael
Big voice and personality. A favourite with the club members. Belts out a real good Sing Along
The Two Daves
The singing Postmen !!! Brilliant Harmonica and Vocals. Mainly Country fried with the occasional traddy song thrown in. Good to watch if mainly for the variance in stature :o)
Ron and John
Bass and Guitar - Very contemporary - Van Morrison, Oasis, Blur, Bob Dylan, modern sound tightly performed.
Lol and Brian
Identical Twins Lol and Brian play whistles,Flutes, Northumbrian Pipes and Guitar. Very good musicians and they occasionally sing. If you look closely it can be observed that one twin is slightly more identical than the other.
