Stanhope Support Group
 Stanhope Support Group meets every first Thursday of the month at the Stanhope Community Cenre, from 10am to 12 noon.
This very friendly informal group gives you the opportunity to share your experiences with others in similar situations. Take time out over a cup of coffee or perhaps hear one of our regular speakers talking about issues which are relavent to carers. |
Bishop Auckland Support Group
The group meets every second and fourth Thursday of the month, at Cockton Hill Methodist Church, Bishop Auckland from 10.30am until 12 noon.

Parent Support Group
On the second Friday of every month we run a Parent Carer Group. This group meets between the times of 10 am and 11.30am at Stanhope Community Centre. This group is specifically run for parent carers who look after a child. The child could be physically or mentally disabled or have learning difficulties. Parents can come along and have a chat to our support workers and to other parents who may be in a similar situation.
The aim of the group is to give support, advice and a listening ear. All are welcome. |
