Special Rainbow Bridge
 | This is a very special Rainbow Bridge , it's for all those who have no owner to be reunited with , all of the unwanted Cats and Kittens in the World that have died either through illness caused by being neglected or because they were Put to sleep when no one wanted them. We at C.R.U. have a no destroy policy but we still feel pain for the little ones who die because the mother cat was just to young or to starved to cope.

"If Only"
 | If only I had been wanted, or maybe someone had cared,
I wouldn't have had to die alone and oh so very scared,
If only I hadn't been born to be all alone,
There weren't enough good people to offer me a home ,
If only people spayed their Pets there wouldn't be so many,
Looking for loving homes only to find that there aren't any,
If only more people thought what would happen to all the kittens ,
Maybe they presumed we would all just stay in mittens,
If only I had not been born to know the sweet smell of life so bright,
I never would have felt hunger and known my short life end tonight,
If only Nature had been helped and there were few of us,
Maybe just maybe I would have grown to be a well loved Puss.
Who cares that I was born to die?.......

The Rainbow Bridge

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animals dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing. They each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent, the eager body begins to quiver. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face, your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together...
