IF YOU FEEL YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE A GODPARENT TO A ROMANIAN CHILD THROUGH CONVOY AID'S GOD PARENTING AND BEFRIENDING THE OLD INITIATIVES PLEASE FEEL FREE TO FILL IN THE ABOVE FORM AND EITHER DOWNLOAD ,POST OR FAX TO US OR E-MAIL IT BACK TO US ON RECEIVING THIS WE WILL POST TO YOU ALL THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION CONTAINING THE CHILD'S NAME ,AGE, BACKGROUND, PHOTOGRAPH, METHOD OF PAYMENT. AND ALL THE INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO CREATE A CARING GODPARENT,FRIEND RELATIONSHIP.
