Lunches are served from 12 noon till 2pm and are prepared fresh daily. The Phoenix Cafe also provides a cake decorating service and will deliver buffets at a reasonable cost. Children's Partys We here at the Phoenix can now provide 'in-house' catering from children's parties held in the Phoenix, as well as offering a venue for your child's special day. Room Hire £6.00 per hour Menu One - Children's Buffet Individual plates for each child containing: Sandwiches, Sausage Rolls, Crispy Cake, Chicken Nuggets, Hot Dog Sausage and Crisps, Ice Cream. Includes a drink. Menu Two - Hot Meals A choice of:Beef Burger and Chips, Fish Fingers and Chips, Chicken Nuggets and Chips, Pizza and Chips, Ice Cream. Includes a Drink. The cost for both of the above menus is £2.75 per head for up to 9 children. £2.50 per head for 10+ Party bags with balloons can be provided at a cost of 75p each. Catering Standard Catering Menus With the appointment of Lynne and her catering team, the Phoenix have added yet another facility to the services on offer in the centre. We can now provide both' in-house' and outside catering for meetings, training courses and other events held in the Phoenix, as well as offering meals and snacks to th centre users and the public throughout the day. All meals and snacks are prepared daily and we aim to offer at least one 'healthy option' meal on the menu each day together with traditional favourites. Cafe Phoenix also plan to offer a take-away service by pre-ordering. Cafe Phoenix was set up thanks to a revenue grant from Tees Valley SEED Fund, and are being run as a Comminity Enterprise.
