Brief Outline of the Associations aims and objectives

To promote the interests and well-being of the community of residents living in the North British Housing 'Crown Buildings' Complex, which incorporates Clayton St West, Forth Place, Waterloo St and Pink Lane in Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre.
The Residents association will at all times strive to work in a way which encourages equal representation and participation of all the community residing within the complex mentioned above.
