I tried sending this message to you. But by the time anybody reads this, no doubt the issue will be long dead.

Do you know Jonquilin Hood's email adress? I want to forward a complaint to her. (Oh and BTW, why is this site so underused? I have never seen it advertised anywhere before. It would be nice if you posted notices about its existance and the notice board in all the flats).
