Our Meetings

Committee Meetings are usually held on the last Tuesday of the month. The Annual General Meeting is normally held in April. Meetings take place at 7.15pm usually at Henderson Community House, 13/15 Coleridge Road, Chilton. Dates and times of meetings are displayed at various points in the Village. Matters for discussion by the meeting should be deposited with the Secretary at least ten days before the date of the meeting. What Do We Do? We have already taken action on a number of issues concerning our local community and we are represented on a number of organisations and committees; most recently we have become involved with the Village Appraisal. We organise coffee mornings, discos, fetes, raffles and draws and, when we have the community house, will be organising a wider range of community events and projects. We like to be kept informed regarding problems being experienced in and by the community and welcome input from local residents. Confidentiality is always maintained.
