Billy Bowers M. Trophy 2008

This is an Open Doubles event held annually at Dacre Banks Bowling Club. The sponsor of this event is Roger Bowers, of Bowers Services to the Bereaved.Roger lives locally.His late father, Billy, was a well known local sportsman, and Roger felt he would like to sponsor a sporting event in his memory. The tournament will be held again next year in May 2009.The date will be confirmed later. It is a one day event starting at 9.30am. Refreshments are available throughout the day and we have a sheltered area.
