Showcase of Members' Wedding Cakes
1. Roses and Crystals
Made by Stephanie Hall for her Daughters Wedding
This hexagonal 4 tier cake has 3 fruit cakes with the 3rd tier sponge. This had to be dowelled to take the weight of the top fruit cake and the crystal stand, which was on a very small covered board.
Ivory icing was used with ivory ribbon around the base. The roses are made of sugarpaste, petal edges are coloured with a delicate pink pearl with crystal sprays wired together.

Caribbean Sea Shells
This wedding cake, made by Stephanie Hall, was for a couple who went to the Caribbean to marry, hense the shell theme.
The heart shaped fruit cake is covered in ivory icing and has a pastillage scallop shaped shell in the centre with two wedding rings. All the sea shells were hand made and coloured very delicatley in pastel shades. |
