Welcome to Darlington Indoor Bowls Club
 Darlington and District Bowls Club is an eight rink, purpose-built indoor bowling green which opened in 1980. The club has the reputation of being one of the best in the country and has hosted several National competitions including the Ladies British Isles Championships and the finals of the English National Club Competition for men - (Denny Cup).
Darlington Indoor Bowls Club is a members club but non-members can use the facility. The annual membership fee for 2006 is £32, with the fee reducing each month through the year. Members opt for one of 3 payment categories for use of the bowling green. The payment structure for 2006 is outlined below.
MONTHLY PAYMENT
Members will make 12 payments of £20 each month through to December 2006. No rink fees are charged for use of the green.
PART PAYMENT/REDUCED RINK FEE
Members will make 8 payments of £11 per month from January to April and from September through to December 2006. Rink fees are charged at £1.00 per hour.
PAY AS YOU BOWL
Members make no monthly payments but are charged £2.00 per hour for rink use.
The club has a luxurious Function Suite which is available for hire for celebrations or for use by businesses and companies as a training and conference facility. Any person or organisation wishing to utilise this facility should contact Barry Hodgson through the Bowls Club on 01325 485414.
