We had another cracking visit to Phil and Lyn's home, another great welcome from old friends.
Phil and Lyn have worked so hard for the budgerigar fancy over many years and Phil is still hard at it in Sheffield BS and the Yorkshire Budgerigar Society.
How do people such as this keep up their enthusiasm over all this time? It is great and I hope a little rubs off!
People who are thinking of starting with budgies should visit the Reaney's as Phil is a walking mind of information regarding all aspects of budgerigars.
He gives lectures all over the country and recently came to the NBS where it was a full house.
He is a main panel judge and judges all over the country.
Lyn does not allow you to go away hungry she is so kind as she insists everyone has a drink and something to eat and her chocolate cake is something else! |
