*Moore Terrace / Shotton:
8 properties have now been demolished with the final 8 being due for demolition in this financial year. The vacant land at Moore Terrace will be identified for future development.

*Welfare Close / Easington:
All 24 properties in this area are now demolished. The land will be included as part of the Area Development Framework for Easington.

*St Cuthberts Road / Thornley
Due to an arson attack, 6 properties have been demolished in advance of the demolition contract. The remainder of the properties have had security fencing erected until such time as the bat surveys can be carried out an demolition progressed.
