What is RAFA Durham Region?

The Royal Air Forces Association Durham Region exists to promote communication and comradeship between all members of all Branches within Durham Region. It achieves this by regular meetings held at Branches throughout the Region and also by holding social evemts organised by Branches on behalf of the Region. It is managed by a small Executive Committee who also meet regularly to ensure the smooth running of the Region. In proud and grateful memory of all ranks of the Royal Air Forces who gave their lives that this country may remain free, we dedicate ourselves to honour their sacrifice by perpetuating that spirit of comradeship that existed during the testing years of war. We will remember them.
