A friend once commented, "a Chinese, is a Chinese is a Chinese" when I invited her to the Lotus Garden on the Marina in Hartlepool. How so very wrong you can be. I have visited some below average places disguised as Chinese Restaraunts but a visit to the Lotus Garden will once and for all dispell the above comment.
The Lotus Garden is First Class - a tad expensive but excellent none the less excellent.
