The way in which we achieve our goals is by collecting unwanted reusable furniture,houdehold goods and appliances which we then provide, at low cost, to people in need.
How we evaluate
We monitor and evaluate the project by using the following tools:
We use the National Furniture Network (FRN) system of weighing items, as in ‘Measure Your Treasure.’
Regular Monitoring by the Management Committee of tonnage and finance in order to meet targets.
Number of volunteers, trainees and others involved in gaining qualifications or employment.
Service beneficiary satisfaction surveys.
Feedback from service providers that refer to this project.
By using a system of measures and working in partnership with others will enable us to assess any weakness, the Management Committee will focus on continuous improvement, analyse what has been done and undertaken.
