What is Hambleton & Richmondshire ICAS ?

ICAS is a new organisation that is being set up nationally to assist patients and their families to make formal complaints about NHS services.

Over the next few months the ICAS will be based at the local Community Health Council (CHC) office in both Northallerton and Scarborough.

What ICAS can do for you

ICAS is a totally independent organisation that can:
*give you information about how to take a complaint through the NHS Complaints Procedure
*help with tasks like writing letters
*ensure someone attends any meetings with you to help you to have your voice heard

Where to find us

Hambleton & Richmondshire ICAS is located in Northallerton Community Health Council offices, which is at the North end of the High Street, opposite Somerfield supermarket. The entrance door is on the side street which leads to Jewson's yard. Please ring the bell for attention.
