The Tyne & Wear branch of the Knitting & Crochet Guild

Whatever your level of expertise - or lack of it, all are welcome.
The Tyne and Wear Branch of the Knitting and Crochet Guild meets at Gosforth Library, Newcastle upon Tyne.
We meet from 2:00pm to 5pm and each contibute £2.00 per Meeting, tea/coffee and biscuits included, but schoolchildren, and first time visitors are not charged.
Beginners and non-Guild members are welcome. Come and bring your knitting or crochet, and enjoy the company, exchange ideas, just have a chat. If you can't knit or crochet come and learn how.

Sunderland Museum Textile Gallery

Wednesday meeting dates 2010 - - From 1pm to 3pm we meet in the museum to KIP (knit in public) and welcome enquiries from visitors to the museum. People stop to sit and chat, share knitting reminiscences, bring in their knitting or crochet to sort out mistakes, or just have a companionable time while they work on their latest project.
