About The Society
 | The society was founded in 1972 to perform choral music and operettas in Lanchester. David Hughes has been the Musical Director since its inauguration and several founder members are still very active in the society.
We meet every Friday at 7.15pm in All Saints R.C. Primary School, and we perform one major choral concert and one stage production each year as well as a joint Christmas Celebration with Lanchester Male Voice Choir, Carol singing round the village and at Durham City Christmas Festival (in Victorian costume) and other occasional performances.
