I cannot read it all but I have transcribed what I can.

Diamond Jubilee Celebrations

Tues 22nd June

To commemorate the 60th year of the Reign of Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Victoria

1837 - 1897

The Celebrations will be held in fields ajoining The Hall and Low Houses, Stanghow, by the kind permission of I Scarth Esq. JP and T. Atkinson Esq.

Lingdale Brass Band

Programme of Arrangements

5 Sports Commence

Aged Peoples Tea, open from 3 -5

Stalls and Stands allowed in the field at a small charge.

In all he made 14 War-time, 5 Victory and 14 Full International apprearences between 1941 and 1948.
