The superb facilities, which are now available for hire by individuals or groups for either a single occasion or on a regular basis, comprise:
Main Hall
3 Smaller Meeting Rooms

Snooker and Billiards Room
The Institute is licensed for most forms of entertainment and "on" sales of alcohol.
There is a convenient Disabled Access and there are excellent Toilet Amenities including a Disabled Toilet and Baby Changing facilities.

Main Hall
 | The spacious Main Hall (12.0m x 8.5m) has a seating capacity for up to 160. It has an excellent Stage (6.0m x 3.8m)with an extra backstage area and a modern lighting system.

The Annexe
The Annexe is one of 3 Meeting Rooms which are available for separate hire or as part of a combination hire.
The Annexe is a new construction built in 2006. It is newly carpeted, sized at 12.2m x 3.5m, with an occupancy level of some 40 people

Reading Room
This room is the second of the 3 smaller Meeting Rooms. This is part of the original building where daily papers and a selection of books could be read. There is a degree of history exhibited on the walls of this Room.
In size it is 6.0m x 4.2m, with an occupancy level of some 25 people.

The Surgery
 This is the third of the 3 smaller Meeting Rooms. It is part of the original building and now has an ensuite toilet leading off it.
In size it is 3.7m x 3.7m, with an occupancy level of some 10 people.

Kitchen
 The Kitchen has been purpose-built in 2006 and has an area of 21 square metres for large scale catering.
It is equipped with:

20 cu ft Fridge
Stainless Steel Preparation Table
4 Worktop Areas
Water Boiler
3 Separate Sinks
Extractor Fahn

Patio Area
On the Eastern Side of the Main Hall running from the Kitchen to the easterly exit of the Main Hall there is a mainly paved Patio Area of 45 sq m suitable for alfresco eating and barbecues.

Snooker and Billiards Room
 The Institute proudly boasts a Snooker and Billiards Room with two tables, both of which were re-clothed in 2006.
Members play in 2 local Leagues as well as playing socially.
The tables are available for use by Members only. However Visitor Play can be arranged.
