Mount Pleasant Independent Methodist

We are an Independent Methodist Church situated in Half Moon Lane, Spennymoor. You can't miss us we the building is bright yellow and next to the Victoria Pub, the road to us is not far off Spennymoor Borough Council offices.

Our Services

We meet:-

Sundays at 6 pm Worship and Prayer
Wednesday at 10 am Prayer Meeting

SUNDAY 4.30 MOUNTIES (Sun School)

We celebrate the Lord's supper in accordance with his word.

This is held on the last Sunday in the month. All who know the Lord as their personal saviour are welcome to partake.

The Bright lights Scene

Every last Monday in the month we have a youth disco at the church. We have disco music with our very own DJ Brian Mcananey, Disco lights, dancing, competitions. There is a 50p donation with free drinks and hot dogs as much as you like and lots of fun Times for disco: 6pm - 8 pm. Come a long and join us we have a great time.
