Anne Cairns in the kitchen

I am afraid people take the catering at shows for granted. Everyone forgets about the catering, but it would be a sad day when there was no tea and a bun to have a sit down and a natter and a read of the result sheet. Anne the wife of Dennis Cairns always steps in to help us out. I had a day with my hands in the washing up bowl in the kitchen a couple of years ago with Margaret Bowman and it is hard work, on your feet all day,so I can personally thank Anne for all her hard work knowing the hard task she has. Anne for years used to also come to the NBS meetings and make the tea. These are the sort of people we forget to mention and I would like to put it right. Good on you Anne!
