Welcome to the North Eastern Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club
THIS CLUB IS DEDICATED TO THE WELLBEING OF THE BREED
The club was first formed some 25 years ago in 1976 its aims and objectives are to promote the breed and ensure its ownership is placed in the hands of only those that dedicate themselves to it, for it is a breed amongst breeds, for those of us who are familiar with it, we are a group who rely on our more experienced members to ensure that we love care and protect it in its entirety.
Our membership is wide and also international, currently standing at around 320 members. We encourage juniors too. We are also affiliated with other Stafford clubs country-wide who also share the same aims and objectives, this we call the Staffordshire Bull Terrier Breed Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
We are also dictated to and liaise closely with the Kennel Club, which is our sole governing body. We hold three shows each year which are affiliated to the Kennel Club. These consist of a members-only limit show in March, an open show in June open to all Staffords and lastly our championship show in December. Further information about these shows can be found in our club publications and schedules can be obtained from the club secretary.
