Collecting and Assembling

The collecting of information from each parish is in the hands of a parish representative, who passes it to an editor to compile and allocate space. The exception are the middle pages which are the responsibility of the incumbent who decides the times of services for each parish and is responsible for finding ministers to conduct the services.
