Scarborough, Whitby & Rydale PCT - Patient & Public Foru

Scarborough, Whitby & Rydale PPI Forum was set up in December 2003. The Forum currently consists of nine volunteers who bring their own experiences and issues to the forum for discussion. The Forum has already looked at a wide range of issues and work plan includes monitoring the Out of Hours service, monitor 'patient choice' implementation, and monitoring PALS. A full account of the Forums work and planned activities is given in the Annual Report. This is available on the KMS via the Commission website (see link page), or alternatively a hard copy is available through the FSO Office.

Some meetings are held in public and are advertised via a local press.
