Where is Redcar?
Redcar is in the north eastern corner of North Yorkshire, close to the mouth of the River Tees. York is 60 miles (90 Kms) south and Durham is 40 miles (60 Kms) to the north. It is 240 miles (380 Kms) to London and 180 miles (300 Kms) to Edinburgh.
Redcar has about 10 miles (16 Kms) of clean golden beaches, from the mouth of the River Tees to the towering heights of Huntcliff at Saltburn.
