Before it was refurbished Dave and Vanessa Swan ran the place and a lot of local musicians cut their teeth in the lounge. I hope to dig out some of the photos of the time.
On a historical note, way, way back Ian Mutrey's parents had the pub and Ian was actually born on the premises. If you want to know when - ask him his age!! |

"Attached is photo of a VERY young Bill Williams taken in the Lobster. There used to be entertainment there Thursdays and Sundays. Bill ran Thursday nights and Dave Martin (Miller) ran the Sunday nights. Must be other photos about than this, the nights there were legendary.
