Diamond Jim

The Diamond Jim Competition is an Open Competition, entry open to all upon payment of £1 fee.

It will be held on 4 Friday evenings around the Christmas Break at 4 venues each time, the winners of each heat going through to the Final.

Reminder. It is the responsibility of the Captain at each venue to run that heat, or delegate that responsibility.
Note also Rule 13b). All Competition fees must be paid on to the Treasurer (or Secretary) within one week of the Competition date. Failure to do so will result in a £10 fine for the team responsible (i.e. the team whose venue was used for the Competition); that venue will not then be used for the following season's competitions.
Rules
1. All entries to be made in person , by 8.30 p.m. on the night of each heat.
2. Only one draw made each night for that heat; each heat played down to the last man.
3. First name drawn in each game to go for the bull; nearest going straight off in a single game of 501.
4. Once the first game has been played, each losing player in turn will mark the next game.
5. Entry Fee for each heat will be £1.00, payable to the Captain present on the night.
6. The Final will be the best of 3.
7. The attending Captain will have the final say in all rulings.
