ChildLine - Ladies darts pair hit the bullseye!

The 10th Annual Richmond Friends of ChildLine Ladies Darts Pairs competition took place on Sunday 11th November 2001 at Richmond Cricket Club. It was a very friendly competition and for the first time ever the event was won by The Travellers Rest Skeeby.
Jenny & Rona played steadily throughout until the final when they turned on the style. After losing the first game to June & Linda from The Otter & Fish, Hurworth, Jenny & Rona kept their cool to take the next two games and become the champions for 2001.
Grateful thanks are due to The Otter and Fish Ladies Darts team who once again surpassed themselves with the cakes, pies, scones and sandwiches they spent all day making. The food alone raised over £86!!
Many thanks to all who attended and contributed to a very enjoyable and successful evening.
The total raised was: £435.12!!
