You can call into the above office for one of our drop-in sessions for advice on any subject on:

Tuesdays 10.00pm to 4.00pm
Thursdays 10.00am to 4.00pm

Or by appointment:

Wednesdays 10.00am to 1.00pm

You can ring us on 01748 823978 during our main office hours.

Please note that our telephone advice line can be very busy and you may have difficulty getting through. We only have limited numbers of volunteer advisers for each session and they may already be engaged dealing with clients from our waiting room.

What if I can't make it to any of the sessions?

If getting to one of our sessions is a problem, we can visit you in your own home. Just ring the Bureau on 01748 823862 to arrange an appointment. Alternatively, you can write to us at the address shown, giving full details of your enquiry, along with your name, contact address and telephone number.
