We don't let women run on their own.
We as a club make sure that ladies never run on their own whether it's the middle of summer or a dark night in winter. |
There are many females members of the running club
Nearly half the members of the running club are female and we have a regular group of ladies attending the running club of an evening.
Our lady Captain is Lorna Simpkin. Lorna is currently training for the 2007 London Marathon. |  |
