Learn a Buddhist way to calm and inner strength
Weekly classes in the technique of mindfulness of breathing, a gentle but systematic way to increasing inner peace and greater awareness.
Introductory classes 2000-01, all welcome!
DURHAM, Mondays 7.30pm to approx. 9.00pm, from Oct 9th (if you can't get to the first class, you can join later).
Room 3, Alington House, 4 North Bailey (up Saddler street from the market square- this then becomes North Bailey; Alington House is a white fronted building on left just pastwhere a road turns off right to the Cathedral).
£1 a week to cover costs.
SUNDERLAND Wednesdays, 4.00pm to approx. 5.30pm, from Oct. 4th (if you can't get to the first class, you can join later).
Room C24, first floor, Priestman Building, University of Sunderland, Green Terrace (bootim of Chester Road, near Leisure Centre).
No charge.
Classes run through to June, with three-week breaks at Christmas and Easter, for those who wish to do the whole course. |
