Bottlenose Dolphins!

The Bottlenose Dolphin is one of the most well known dolphins in the world. It can grow to be, at most, 12 feet or 3.7m long. The biggest of the Bottlenose Dolphins weigh about 1,400 pounds. It mostly eats squid and fish. Their sharp, pointed teeth help the Bottlenose to eat it's food. They can dive to 100m to help get their food and can rise up out of the water at heights of 20 feet! The Bottlenose can live up to 25 years but their lives are sometimes shortened by the Bull Shark or the Tiger Shark.

Bottlenose Dolphin's Body!

The body of a Bottlenose Dolphin's body parts and where they are is hard to explain in words but i will try. The mouth is called a beak but the botom is called a toothed beak. The head just after the beak is called a melon. The blowhole is just at the top of this and it's eye is below just to the right. It6's ear is just a hole some more right of the eye and the fin at the top is called the dorsal fin. The underneath of the whole dolphin is a whitey-grayey colour and the top is a bluey-gray. The tail parts are called flukes and the notch between them is called a medium notch. There i've described a dolphin body in words.
