The Village Green Restoration Project 2004-5
Current Status - 14 July 2004
Well, it looks like we have secured quite a bit of funding for the project although possibly not enough to complete it as yet. Current timetable is that we hope to have a first look at plans in the next week or so, which will then be on display in the village hall over for three weeks or so. Dates to be advertised locally - probably two evenings per week over three weeks, finishing with the August coffee morning. This will be followed by a public meeting in the hall - everyone invited - to discuss options. Please put any comments you may have into writing and put them through the door of either 9 Southside or 1 Northside as this will help us collate all the views.

Current status - 23 October 2004
Plans getting firmed up, waiting on confirmed finance still. Living Spaces has given us the £25,000 as I understand it. Looking good for a start later this year!

I understand work will be starting early in the New Year!

Well, progress is being made as you can see! Hopefully just another couple of weeks and the work will be complete!
