The Little Donkey

One day a farmer's donkey fell down a well. The animal cried out for help for hours, as the farmer figured a way to help get him out. In the end, he felt the donkey was so old, it wasn't worth the effort, so he started to shovel dirt into the hole, with the help of other farmers. The donkey realized what was happening and cried out in protest, then went quiet.

After a few shovel fulls went in, the farmer looked down and to his amazement, watched as the donkey, threw off each shovel full and stepped on the dirt.Pretty soon the well was full and the donkey, stepped off the rim of the well and trotted off.

The moral of this little story is, that life will shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well of life is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of life's troubles is like a stepping stone. We can get out of the deepest well, just by not stopping, never giving up, shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy-

1)Free your heart from hatred-Forgive.
2)Free your mind of worries- Most never happen.
3)Live simply and appreciate what you have got.
4)Give more.
5)Expect less.

Back to the donkey- He came back and bit the farmer who tried to bury him,the wound became infected and the farmer died, so remember, when you do something wrong and try to cover your back, it always comes back to bite you.
