St Albans Welcomes--
 | | A total of eight young people and one lady, were welcomed, to celebrate their Confirmation before a packed congregation, by Bishop John.Bishop John concelebrated the Mass assisted by Fr Bluett and Canon Collingwood.The Bishop in his Homily, outlined three ways of knowing the Holy Spirit was entering their body, during Confirmation.He spent considerable time talking to the people getting Confirmed and also to their Sponsors. |

On Wednesday 23rd April 25 young people from both Sacred Heart and St Albans gathered in St Albans for Confirmation and to welcome our new Bishop,Bishop Terry Drainey.A packed St Albans heard the Bishop explain that this was indeed the first Confirmation he had performed as Bishop and so he thought he would get some practice in by conducting two Confirmation ceremonies here and one in Our Lady's Saltburn.In his homily he stssed the need to keep the Holy Spirit in your heart forever.The young people getting Confirmed were
