The Hathaway & Cope Stokesley & District Football League was formed in 1957.
The League is a Saturday League with members who are based within a 20 mile radius of Stokesley.

Stokesley League's 50th.
This season marks the 50th anniversary of the Hathaway and Cope Stokesley League and to mark the occasion, the league is holding a dinner at The Riverside Stadium on Thursday, May 15th. 2008.
Speaking at the dinner in May will be former Premier League referee Jeff Winter who spent much of his early career refereeing in the Stokesley League.
A limited number of tickets priced at £20 are still available.
