LOCAL ECUMENICAL PARTNERSHIP The LEP continues to grow in its working together and managing the affairs of the two churches. We are moving towards strengthening the partnership by becoming a Covenanted Partnership perhaps during 2007. A considerable amount of preparatory work has been done during the year in preparing a bid to the Stockton Methodist Circuit for a significant financial contribution towards the development and repair of the St. Paul’s building.
