Services and Worship Information

Worship takes place every Sunday morning at 8 am, with a celebration of the eucharist according to the Book of Common Prayer.
There is also morning worship each Sunday at 10.30 am(on the first Sunday of each alternate month united at Stanhope Methodist Chapel), with the eucharist (Common Worship) celebrated on the second and fourth Sundays.
Evensong is sung at 6 pm on the first Sunday of each month.
Except, on fifth Sundays of the month the four mid-Weardale parishes share worship together at 10.30 am in each of the four villages in turn.

Worship on the style of the Taize Community also takes place on occasional Sunday evenings in the year - led by local young Christian musicians.
